By accessing or using Netzach Speed Test ("the Service"), available at speed.netzach.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.
2. Informational Estimates & Disclaimers
Netzach Speed Test provides real-time internet performance benchmarking for download speed, upload throughput, round-trip latency (ping), and jitter.
- Test results are empirical diagnostic estimates at the time of execution and may differ from your ISP's advertised maximum speeds or SLA contracts.
- Real-world speeds vary depending on Wi-Fi interference, router hardware, concurrent device usage on your local network, and geographic routing to the nearest edge node.
- The tool does not guarantee 100% continuous uptime or error-free transmission.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use this tool for lawful diagnostic purposes only. You must not:
- Deploy automated scripts, bots, or DDoS tools to flood or degrade service infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass network rate-limits.
- Resell or redistribute the service under a false brand identity without written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Netzach, its creators, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this diagnostic service.
